To add insult to injury, yesterday Cyber-link wrote me and informed me that my $51.45 upgrade was a demonstration upgrade and now they want $75 more for another upgrade.

I have had this software upgrade for 3 months and still can't use it. Why is it so difficult to get help on these two seemingly simple questions from Cyber-link. How do I make the controls disappear after we start the movie?

I have been writing Cyber-link for months asking two questions.ġ- How do I make the controls and picture show up on my laptop and TV at the same time?Ģ- Once the movie is playing on the TV, the control buttons remain on the TV. So in order to control the movie we had to place the laptop in front of the TV in order to see the movie controls which were on the TV. Problem is that there were no controls or picture on the laptop. When I plugged in the HDMI cord the next time, sure enough the picture showed up on the TV. Cyber-link told me that I had to download and pay for version 10 to watch movies on the TV. It showed up on the computer but not the TV. We hook the laptop to the media center via HDMI cord.Īt first with Cyber-link 9, the movie would not play on the TV. They all have LG 42 televisions in every room. I bought a Blu Ray laptop that we want to use to watch movies in motels.

The most helpful thing they have done is email me the link to their manual. Cyber link technical support is absolutely useless. I have been writing for assistance for several months. I paid $51.45 to upgrade from Cyber-link 9 to 10.
